At GunaCab, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for cancelling a cab booking. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Customers can cancel their booking before the trip begins. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the pickup time.
If a driver has already been assigned and dispatched, cancellation charges may apply as per company policy.
If the customer is not available at the pickup location at the scheduled time, it will be considered a “No-Show”. In such cases, full booking charges may be applicable.
For outstation bookings:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the cancellation timing and payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
GunaCab reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

Customers may request changes to booking details (time, date, route), subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
