Customers are responsible for clearing all dues at the end of the trip unless prepaid.

Drivers are expected to:

• Ensure safe driving practices.

8. Delays & Service Issues

While we aim to provide timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations. GunaCab will not be held responsible for such delays.

9. Liability Limitation

GunaCab is not liable for:

• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Delays caused by external factors
• Any indirect or incidental damages
